The entire experience lasts about 3 hours, including transfers, safety briefing, training, and riding time.
Guests aged 0 to 120 can participate, but travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness.
Gratuities are not included. Also, mandatory collision coverage per driver is required to cover minor accidental damage to the ATV.
You can cancel for a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable.

Meet your guide 30 minutes before departure at Carleton Lodge, across from Whistler Village Gondola and next to Longhorn Saloon. After check-in, you'll take a shuttle approximately 20 minutes south to the Callaghan Valley. Here, you'll get your gear, learn how to operate the ATV, and receive safety instructions. A short training session prepares you for the ride, which lasts about 3 hours roundtrip.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure at Carleton Lodge, across from the Whistler Village Gondola and next to Longhorn Saloon. If you're coming from the Lower Mainland, allow enough time for travel and parking.
